We are manufacturing Self-bonding Magnet Wires and special conductor magnet wires.
1.Structure
Self bonding wire is a conductor with 2 layers of films inner layer is an insulation film and outer layer is a self bonding film.
2.Classification of bonding layer and major applications
Classified thickness of bonding layer by JIS(Japan Industrial Standard)standard such as Class 0, Class 1 and Class 2.Smaller number indicates thicker bonding layer.Thickness of bonding layer differ from application.Class 2 wires are standard in general.
