In order to reduce the environmental load associated with our business activities, all the employees will work together to conserve the environment, contribute to the society, and aim for permanent coexistence with the nature and the community, based on the following action guidelines;

1. Strengthening SEQCDD activities to achieve GO for Green.
   　* SEQCCD means Safety, Environment, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Research & Development
   ・To improve performance with the planned activities and the continuous improvements.
   ・We will focus on the following activities in consideration of reducing the environmental load;
   　(1) Energy conservation through improved productivity, introduction of high-efficiency equipment,
   　　　and elimination of wasteful power
   　(2) Promotion of resource saving and recycling by reducing waste emissions and separating and
   　　　collecting them as valuable resources
   　(3) Pollution prevention
   　(4) Promotion of greening
   　(5) Participation in biodiversity business
   ・We will strive to provide environmentally friendly products and respond to customer requests.
   
2. Strengthening and expansion of environmental management system operation
   ・In accordance with the environmental management system based on ISO14001, we will continuously
   　 strive to prevent pollution, reduce the environmental load
   ・We will inform all the employees of the environmental policy and provide education to raise
   　 awareness of environmental conservation
   
3. Promoting maintenance and improvement of compliance
   ・In addition to complying with environmental laws, ordinances, agreements, and other requirements,
   　we will set self-management standards and maintain and improve them.

The Muikamachi factory of Daikoku Electric Wire Co., Ltd. promotes environmental management activities based on the following policy in order to reduce the environmental impact attributed to all operations (related to manufacture and sales of coils), products, and services and thereby achieve harmony with the global environment.

1. We always recognize the environmental impact attributed to our operations, products, and services to prevent environmental pollution and promote environmental protection. We also ensure continual improvement of our environment management activities.
2. We comply with legal and other requirements on environmental aspects related to our operations, products, and services.
3. In terms of environmental impact related to our operations, products, and services, we work on the following priority items for environmental management.
   (1) Activities to investigation method of purchase, custody, use, export and disposal for

   (2) Environmental activities associated with product manufacturing
   (3) Activities to raise environmental awareness
   (4) Green procurement
   (5) Activities to improve environment
